Hi, I’m Angie Nicolucci.
I help people who struggle with Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and EHS sleep and feel better by transforming the health of their homes.
Have you sought care from physicians and therapists only to be met with prescriptions or other unsatisfying recommendations? Healthcare providers play a critical role in diagnosing and addressing matters of health. However, there are lots of factors that contribute to Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and EHS, and one common element is almost always overlooked - THE HOME.
Unfortunately, many things inside your home affect the quality of your sleep and health. The bi-products of power sources, home wiring, and technology in your home (referred to as EMFs) interact with your body. Additionally, most homes host a battle between clean, fresh air and chemicals and other environmental toxins in and around the house. And when it's time to fall asleep, there is often not a bedroom that supports the deep, quality sleep your body needs in order to heal.
Your home is a delicate ecosystem. Its physical factors, your habits, and your health are intimately connected. When just one component is out of balance, it can result in insomnia, anxiety, depression, EHS, and a variety of other health issues.
I will be your guide. Through education and evaluation grounded in science, we will explore the root causes of your discomfort and co-create action steps for the transformation of the health of your home so that you (and everyone who lives with you) can sleep and feel better.
