Poor Sleep, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and Electrohypersensitiity (EHS) are conditions that impact millions of people across the globe. A good night's sleep is foundational to your health and well-being, yet it is often sacrificed as a result of our environment or habits.
Our bodies heal when we sleep, and when quality sleep isn't achieved, a variety of health conditions can develop including anxiety, depression, and much, much more. Things in our environment can also cause anxiety, depression, and EHS, which in turn can contribute to insomnia. It's intertwined and tough to unravel.

I can help you.

Your home should be your sanctuary - a place that heals and rejuvenates your body, mind, and spirit - so that you can sleep deeply and live each day in health and wellness.

Hi, I’m Angie Nicolucci.

I help people who struggle with Poor Sleep, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and EHS sleep and feel better by transforming the health of their sleep and homes.

Have you sought care from physicians and therapists only to be met with prescriptions or other unsatisfying recommendations?  Healthcare providers play a critical role in diagnosing and addressing matters of health. However, there are lots of factors that contribute to Poor Sleep, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, and EHS, and one common element is almost always overlooked - THE HOME.

Unfortunately, many things inside your home affect the quality of your sleep and health. The bi-products of power sources, home wiring, and technology in your home (referred to as EMFs) interact with your body. Additionally, most homes host a battle between clean, fresh air and chemicals and other environmental toxins in and around the house. And when it's time to fall asleep, there is often not a bedroom that supports the deep, quality sleep your body needs in order to heal.

Your home is a delicate ecosystem. Its physical factors, your habits, and your health are intimately connected. When just one component is out of balance, it can result in insomnia, anxiety, depression, EHS, and a variety of other health issues.

I will be your guide. As a Certified Sleep Science Coach, Environmental Health and EMF Consultant, and Spiritual Psychologist, I bring a unique approach to sleep and health that you won't find anywhere else.

Through education and evaluation grounded in science, we will explore the root causes of your discomfort and co-create action steps for the transformation of the health of your home and habits so that you (and everyone who lives with you) can sleep and feel better.

Real Transformations

Angie's guidance has made a world of difference for me.

I was waking up feeling anxious and with headaches. We had the WIFI router in the bedroom, and I am certain it was disturbing my sleep. With Angie's guidance, we started turning it off at night and it has made a WORLD of difference for me. Thank you, Angie!
