"28 Nights to Better Sleep"

During this 4-week course, you’ll learn about how things in your environment and lifestyle contribute to your late night blues and what you can do about them.

Each week you will be empowered with new information and action steps to reclaim the sleep you crave. Through knowledge and understanding of how your body falls asleep and what may be preventing the nourishing slumber you crave, you will begin to take small steps and make subtle adjustments that will make a world of difference – literally overnight.

Course Includes:

  • Five 1-Hour Group Zoom Sessions
    • 1-2 pm Pacific / 4-5 pm Eastern
    • January 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28
  • Ongoing support, connection, and conversation through a dedicated, private Facebook Group.
